Enjoy this slow yoga flow class focusing on wide hip openers, a playful spirit and being grateful for everything around us. A challenging bow & arrow pose towards the end of class is a great practice for stretching hips 🙂

A beach class combining yoga stretching with pilates/barre muscle toning for a low impact workout. This class has a lot of focus on the lower body, so you can expect thighs, calves and buns to feel the burn.
