This level 1-2 yoga class incorporates some playful plank moves for optimal ab work! Lots of heart openers lead to bridge and an option for backend practice.
This abs and arms focused barre class brings some major upper body burn along with some deep plank abdominal work. We use a chair for standing barre work, but any solid surface will do.
This level 2 class focuses on upper body strengthening and finishes with tripod balance work. A fun, playful class reminding us to be resilient in mind, body and spirit.
This lower body booty burner class will have you sweating in no time! The addition of bands is optional and adds some great resistance to increase the muscle work with every pulse.
This SlowFlOW for chillin’ class incorporates lots core work, deep lower body stretches and tons of strengthening shoulder moves. Slower paced but with some challenging move, this all levels class is great for any level.
This gentle flow with deep lunges and big heart openers leads an intermediate shoulder stand and plow pose towards end.
This low impact high energy class uses light weights for upper body toning and lots of core and glute work to keep your lower half burning. Just when you think your glutes have had enough… there’s MORE!
This intermediate class includes lower body stretches and standing balances to keep the heart rate up and the mind challenged throughout the entire flow. Use this class to practice balance on and off the mat!
Backbending optional!!! This is a fun class set to upbeat Christmas songs to get you moving and in the spirit! Expect lots of upper body – push ups, backbends and planks, Oh MY! – and lots of booty sculpting moves. This low impact toning class will have you smiling and sweating in no time 🙂…
This is a fun, slow flow heart opening class with the usual little laughs. Deep twists and hip openers help to release any tension that is pent up, whether it be emotional or physical. Set to acoustic holiday music to bring good cheer 🙂
