This class combines the deep, delicious stretches of yoga with the toning and sculpting moves from traditional barre. Get the best of both worlds! We begin with a slow warm up, then transition through different yoga poses while getting deep into that muscle burn with low impact, high repetition isolated moves. We finish with a cooldown and end with savasana by the sea! A mat or towel, water, and light weights are optional. This class is open to all ages and all levels.
