A traditional barre class with no barre needed! This class will use traditional barre and pilates moves for a full body toning session. Light weights optional. Bring a towel/mat and water. After class, feel free to stick around and we can hang out socially distanced from each other and enjoy a cold after class beverage on the beach (byob). This class is perfect for any age or level, as advanced moves and modifications will be offered.
