At The Soulfish Center, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. However, to ensure fairness and allow other members the opportunity to participate in our classes, we have established the following late cancellation and no show policies:

  • Class Cancellation Timeframe: If you cancel your class reservation less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time, the following will apply:
    • Class Credit Holders: Your class credit will be refunded, but a $5 late cancellation fee will be charged.
    • Unlimited Package Holders: You will not receive a class credit and a $5 fee will be charged to your card on file.

 

  • Services Cancellation Timeframe: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it begins, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service to your card on file.
  • No Show Consequences: If you do not show up for a scheduled class or service without prior cancellation, the following will apply:
      • Class Credit Holders: Unfortunately, no credit will be refunded.
      • Unlimited Package Holders: You will be charged the full price of the class to your card on file.
      • Booked services will be charged in full.

These policies are in place to respect the time of our practitioners and the commitment of our members who attend as scheduled. It helps us manage our class sizes effectively and maintain the serene and accommodating atmosphere that The Soulfish Center is known for. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
