Class Descriptions

Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates that focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body.

Who’s ready to ROCK!?! SoulBEAT is a full body cardio-jam session where you will tone, sweat, stretch and rock – all while banging drum sticks! This high energy class is perfect for any fitness level, any age, any body. Class will include deep stretches to warm up and cool down along with lots of lower body, upper body and core yoga style moves to work your entire body from head to toe. Come ready to work out, release frustration, have fun and most of all, ROCK! Drum sticks will be provided, just bring a yoga mat, some water and be ready to make some noise!

Get ready for some fun! SoulBOUND This class is half barre and half bounce, combining fun, cardio jumping with more traditional barre exercises. Expect a high intensity, low impact, full body workout that focuses on sculpting leaner, longer muscles from head to toe.

The SoulFIT class is a fusion of yoga, pilates and barre. This low impact class is great for stretching and toning. Small muscle isolations will target those hard to reach trouble areas like inner thighs, glutes and arms, while preventing muscles from bulking. With a stretching warm up in the beginning and savasana at the end, this class will leave you feeling long, lean and relaxed.

In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

Join us for SoulSplash – an aerobic and resistance training that takes place in the water led by guest instructor Donna Plummer! This class will include a 15 minute walk to the class location at the Garden City Point. The scenery will be breathtaking! We will have a 45 minute water aerobic class in the inlet, and then we will walk back along the beach to where we parked.  All levels and all ages are welcome, come with an open open mind, a pool noodle and a towel. Donations are welcomed but not required via cash or Venmo (@lujeffcoat). Note: if using GPS to find the parking spot, please use the following address: 1906 S Waccamaw Dr Murrells Inlet, SC 29576 United States Once you pass Pompano Dr, look for the next right turn. You should see a Dead End sign, and that is where you turn right to park. If you reach the guard gate, you have gone to far. Once you have parked, we will cross the street and use the next beach access just south of the parking area. If you cross the street and head to the right, you should see the beach access. Enjoy the adventure of taking your practice to the water in a  SoulSUP Yoga class. This 1.5 hour session includes an intro to stand up paddle boarding including how to get on the water, how to stabilize and turn your board, and proper paddling technique. We will paddle out and anchor for a series of creatively linked SUP-specific poses, followed by blissful relaxation on your board. Modifications offered for all ability levels, no experience necessary. Come with an open mind,an open heart and ready for the experience of a lifetime.
