If you are looking for a quick weight loss program, this is not the cleanse for you. This cleanse is meant to improve our over all health and well being. Keep in mind that cleansing and detoxing on this plan does NOT equal starvation and deprivation. This plan will have you eating plenty of delicious, nutritious and tasty meals, while at the same time learning habits to rest your body and clear your mind.
