Join us for our 2023 January Be SoulFRESH challenge! This 30 day reset will have you feeling fresh and soulfish and is the perfect start to your new year! Do you want easy, healthy recipes that fuel you with whole ingredients? Are you trying to find healthy meals your whole family will love? Are you looking for meal prep tips to help you get nutricious meals all week long? Then this is the plan for you! This year we are incorprating a few changes to make the reset even easier than last year. The plan includes easy laid out calendars for each week with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. For week day meals, this year I am offering meal prop tips for Sundays and Wednesdays so you can have everything ready to go – no excuses during the week! The weekday meals will rotate so that you don’t have to cook three separate meals for each day. On the weekends, you will have options to try something a little bit more advanced or involved. And i you don’t like any of the recipes, you can switch them out, double up on others, and add in your own favorites. I’ll guide you through how to make these easy meals, and offer tips throughout the 30 days for how to maximize your health during this 30 day reset. Are you ready to get started?
